I heard a rumor that John sKerry was talking again on the Senate floor today:

I remember what it was like to be shot at by Negros and Mexicans and Cajuns (who must have thought that we were poaching their gators or crawdads or something,) and have the president of the United States and the Governor telling the American people that I was not there; the troops were not in Louisiana .
