I was listening to sHrillary's speech tonight.

Here's my highlights:.

"Giving windfall profits to Oil Companies" = letting the privately held corporations and their stockholders keep the profits of their commercial enterprises.

"Investing" = taking money from the Oil Companies and their stockholders (and "Taxpayers") who earned it through the expenditure of their time and their taking of RISK and redistributing it to people who didn't earn the aforementioned "investment" funds...and on useless government programs like subsidies to "renewable energy programs" because...

THEY KNOW BETTER HOW TO SPEND YOUR MONEY THAN YOU DO.

Just because you were smart enough to earn "windfall profits" doesn't mean that you're smart enough to intelligently spend it without government intervention.
