(That would be a Remington "Noiseless" Portable in beautiful working condition circa about 1938...so now I'm officially an E-Bay Addict...sue me...)

Lovely typewriter! I wouldn't mind having one of those myself.
I learned to type on a Royal manual typewriter. No, I'm not that old, went to a Catholic school that was tight with the dollar. LOL!
As far as Ebay goes, about 75% of what comes into my house is from there. Clothes for myself, my hubs, my kid. Anytime we need something, I always price it out on Ebay first! Heck even RitzCamera, and Dell are selling on there now. Oh and I think Troy-built is selling on there too!
