1. Real Brick Pizza Oven in my kitchen

2. A couple of long handled Pizza peels.


In your inability to justify the expense of #1 & #2 above, a couple of new rectangular Pizza Stones will do in a pinch...

When Hubby and I can finally build our dream house, I am planning on a real Pizza Oven for the kitchen. Actually the house plans at this point are more "Giant Commercial Kitchen with four bedrooms and baths!" ;-)
